I’ve seen some of this explained elsewhere but I don’t understand how they all fit together. Are you a developer? HTC, as we know, has provided an official tool that will unlock the bootloaders on its devices. Please edit the question to limit it to a specific problem with enough detail to identify an adequate answer. Email Required, but never shown. Where are you looking for the option to boot into your recovery? It is the first thing that runs when you boot up your Android device. Your “recovery mode” or recovery partition is different from HBoot. From the recovery image, you can also access the sdcard which is useful for fetching update. This is definitely a little confusing, though, since what’s really happening is that you’re getting rebooted into HBoot which is then immediately loading Fastboot.
Is there a different one in the recovery versus the regular image? You should be able to get to the bootloader’s main screen by selecting Bootloader from the Fastboot screen. Andy Joiner 2 hbolt Hence, each of these areas can be independently flashed.
