Low-calorie salads – recipes tasty low calorie salads

Recipes low-calorie salads: vegetable, fruit, fish, shrimp, chicken breast, cheese and mushrooms.

Low-calorie salads will appeal to those who care about their health, longevity and a beautiful figure. Delicious and healthy, they are never “stale”: the endlessly combining different ingredients and dressings, you can every day to cook something new.

Low-calorie salads: recipes

Low calorie chicken salad

You will need: 2 fresh cucumber, 7 quail eggs, chicken breast (200g) 4 tablespoons low-fat sour cream, 1 bunch of tarragon leaves, 1 clove of garlic, salt and black pepper, to taste.

Chicken breast cut into large chunks, peeled cucumbers – julienne, cut the eggs in half. Of sour cream, spices, the chopped tarragon and garlic make the sauce. Using the cooking tins put all the ingredients in layers and baste well.

Quail eggs, chicken is much more useful: they can be stored longer, contain no cholesterol, do not cause allergies, but by the content of vitamins and minerals, these babies ahead of chicken eggs in 2-5 times!

Low calorie fruit salad

You will need: 3 kiwi, Apple, persimmon, Mandarin and lemon, 1 tablespoon of melted honey (or 50 ml low-fat yoghurt), small bunch of grapes, mint leaves and ground cardamom.

From lemon, squeeze the juice. Apple, kiwi and Mandarin peel. Chop the fruit into small pieces. Lightly sprinkle apples with lemon juice so they do not darkened. Mix the persimmon slices, Mandarin slices with other fruits, add honey (yogurt) and cardamom. Arrange the salad in the bowl. Garnish with grapes and mint leaves.

Persimmon is useful for vision, digestion, blood vessels, thyroid gland and nervous system. On its nutritional and dietary properties, it is second only to citrus.

Low-calorie salads

Light vegetable salads is the vitamin drinks with minimal calories. In vegetables high in fiber and enzymes, so these salads are easily and quickly lose weight.

Vitamin vegetable salad

You will need: 240 g white cabbage, 140 g of fresh cucumbers 140 g carrot, 70 g Bulgarian pepper, small onion, dill, lemon, 40 ml of olive oil.

Onion cut into half rings, sweet pepper – diced. Greens finely crumble. Carrots, cabbage and cucumbers grate on a coarse grater. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with salt, sprinkle a little lemon juice, stir and season with olive oil.

You can safely experiment and add to this salad other low-calorie vegetables: celery, spinach, zucchini, arugula, radish.

The low-calorie salad

You will need: 240 g Chinese cabbage, 170 g of fresh cucumbers, 1 bunch of green onions, dill, black pepper, salt, olive oil, quail eggs and salad leaves for decoration.

Finely chop the cabbage, season with salt and a little mash. Cucumbers cut into half rings, dill and green onions finely chop, eggs cut in half. Cucumbers, mix with cabbage, add a pinch of black pepper, herbs and season with olive oil and lemon juice (optional). Put the vegetable mixture on lettuce leaves and garnish with quail eggs.

Tasty low calorie salads

Mushroom salad with tomatoes and feta cheese

You will need: 240 g mushrooms, 140 g of cheese, 1 sweet pepper, 3 small tomatoes, 1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped, 40 ml olive oil extra virgin, salt.

It is advisable to buy young mushrooms and cook them on the grill or in the oven, you can cook. Cheese cut into cubes, mushrooms and tomatoes – small slices. Peppers can be cut into a salad in its fresh state or baked with mushrooms. Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and dress the salad with olive oil.

Juicy, with a crispy crust grilled mushrooms, peppers, zucchini and eggplant give a low calorie salad an unusual, sophisticated taste.

Codfish salad with radish

You will need: 400 g of boiled cod, 100 g radish, fresh cucumbers and sour apples, 50 g celery, 1 tablespoon of natural vinegar, 70 ml of extra virgin olive oil,1 teaspoon mustard, a little chopped greens, salt, green salad for decoration.

Cod remove skin and bones. Vegetables and apples chop sticks, fish – small slices. Mix the ingredients together, season with salt and add the vinaigrette (mix vinegar, oil and mustard). The finished dish is put on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with chopped herbs and garnish with slices of radish.

Celery purifies the blood and improves digestion, helps to keep a thin waist (by the way, say Greek women), eye health, skin and hair, normalizes hormonal balance and protects against cancer.

Low-calorie salad with shrimp

You will need: 150 g cooked peeled prawns, 250 g spinach leaves, 200 g tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of grainy mustard, 40 ml lemon juice 30 ml balsamic vinegar, 70 ml of extra virgin olive oil.

First prepare the sauce. In a salad bowl mix the mustard and balsamic vinegar, add olive oil and mix well. Cherry tomatoes cut in half. Spinach leaves, toss with sauce, put on top halves of tomato, peeled prawns and drizzle the salad with lemon juice.

Spinach is a very valuable dietary product. It is extremely rich in vitamins and minerals, is easily digested, quickly absorbed, cleans the intestines and helps to lose weight.
